2) We receive your product, update our inventory system and prepare it for safe and secure storage.
3) As your customers purchase and pay for your products you notify us through any media you require (email, fax, phone, edi) of the new orders.
4) We package and ship your orders including sending a notification email to your customer with the tracking information.
5) Weekly 'recaps' of the operations as well as constant inventory information are provided to you. Periodic reviews of the Standard Operating Procedure are performed with you that ensures your business needs and expansion plans are achieved. As new logistics technologies or methods are developed - they are evaluated to identify if they can bring value to your supply chain.
