We were a small South African online store that left South Africa for a brighter future and the decision was made to enter the USA market. We approached 13 3PL companies requesting information and quotes. Only 3 replied and only ONE, Sweetwater Logistics, took the time to answer ALL our questions. Steve, the owner, addressed in fine detail all our requests and queries and offered advice where he could. He claims that he will always be available to take a call and we can state with all honesty that he has lived up to that claim. With Steve you will never be just a number and he is dedicated to solving problems and reaching a compromise when things go wrong. We have been with Sweetwater just over a year now and have yet to experience a single failed or late delivery. A huge plus is that there have been no surprises when it comes to the billing. Their quotes are rock solid! There are no hidden extra fees or charges. A rare gem. Totally recommended, a brilliant team, FIVE STARS all the way.
