Welcome to Sweetwater Logistics’ new appointment scheduling tool! Our goal is to improve the efficiency of our dock scheduling process by making it easy for carriers to schedule an appointment via the web, and enable us to better plan and manage our loading processes and resources to ensure we get you in and out of our docks as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To Book a Container Delivery Appointment:
Please click the “Book Container” button, select your appointment date and time, and enter your load details on the confirmation screen.
PLEASE NOTE: Appointment required for all containers. A missed appointment fee ($250) applies if a container arrives without an appointment, an appointment is missed, the container is late by more than 1 hour, or if the container is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment. Please email receiving@sweetwaterlogistics.com with any cancellation request or information about delays once a container appointment is booked.
To Book an Order Pickup Appointment:
Please click the “Book Order Pickup” button, select your appointment date and time, and enter your transaction details on the confirmation screen.
