COVID April 1st Update
We hope this email finds you well. We want to take a moment to thank you, our clients, for your patience and understanding at this unprecedented time.
Sweetwater Logistics is still open and operational, though we are still working with a reduced staff due to childcare and school closures.
Our order volumes have caught up and we are running, on average, one day behind schedule in shipping.
Returns and Receipts are averaging a two-day delay in processing.
We will continue to operate as usual and are proud of the efforts our team has shown during this time of unusual circumstances. We promise to keep you informed if there are any changes and look forward to supporting each and every one of you.
